With Sinema, Prime Acon Group provides a platform for accessing movies of African content creators over the internet.
These terms of use are between you and Prime Acon Group and govern our rights and obligations while using our service. If you sign up for a Sinema membership, you agree to all terms and conditions listed on this website.
The membership starts with registering for our services.
It is possible to keep the membership without paying for the next payment period, however, services are not provided during unpaid time.
You can cancel your membership anytime before the next payment period by visiting your account and adjusting your membership settings. Your access to our services will last until the end of the paid period.
The length of the payment period depends on the plan you chose for the current payment period. If you used a third party as a payment methods and wish to cancel your Sinema membership, you may need to do so through such third party.
Your data will be kept for the legal period also after you cancelled the membership. You can request that your data will be deleted in written form. In this case, we will delete all data besides the ones we are obliged to keep by the law.
Accessing our services can only be done after the selected plan is paid. Your payment period starts once we have received your payment or in continuity of your current paid period.

You must be at least 18 years of age to become a member of the Sinema service. Minors may only use the service under the supervision of an adult.
The Sinema service, including the content library, is regularly updated. In addition, we continually test various aspects of our service, including our websites, user interfaces, promotional features and availability of Sinema content.
The quality of the display of the Sinema content may vary from device to device, and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, the bandwidth available through and/or speed of your Internet connection.
Sinema software is developed by, or for, Sinema and may solely be used for authorized streaming and to access Sinema content through Sinema ready devices. This software may vary by device and medium, and functionalities and features may also differ between devices. You acknowledge that the use of the service may require third party software that is subject to third party licenses. You agree that you may automatically receive updated versions of the Sinema software and related third-party software.
The member who created the Sinema account and whose Payment Method is charged (the "Account Owner") is responsible for any activity that occurs through the Sinema account. To maintain control over the account and to prevent anyone from accessing the account (which would include information on viewing history for the account), the Account Owner should maintain control over the Sinema ready devices that are used to access the service and not reveal the password or details of the Payment Method associated with the account to anyone. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account. We can terminate your account or place your account on hold in order to protect you, Sinema or our partners from identity theft or other fraudulent activity.
Communication between you and Sinema is solemnly done in electronic form. We will send information related to your account via emails to your email address provided during registration.
Those terms of use are valid as long as the membership endures and Sinema services are used.
If any provision or provisions of these terms of use shall be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Sinema may, from time to time, change these terms of use. We will notify you at least 30 days before such changes apply to you.
